So Much to learn, so little time
Managing exotic wildlife can be a daunting task. With the variety of taxa maintained across Texas it can be challenging to keep up with the nutritional, medical, anesthetic, and management needs of each species.

Two of the topics I am most commonly asked to discuss with managers are the basics of immobilization and ruminant parasite management. Both of theses topics each span entire courses in veterinary school, so it can be challenging to convey all that information in the middle of a busy immobilization day.
So in an effort to give these topics the time they deserve and to provide you with up-to-date and detailed information, we are creating lecture series on these important topics.
